Dubai Enacts New Land Law to Guide Strategic Urban Growth

Dubai has introduced Law No. (6) of 2025, granting Dubai Municipality enhanced authority over the allocation and oversight of government-owned land. This legislation aims to align land distribution with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, ensuring efficient use of plots and enabling the municipality to evaluate, approve, and reclaim land assigned to public entities.
