Aminu Momoh is a highly accomplished business development executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning real estate, project finance, and strategic partnerships. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of multiple real estate firms headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and London, United Kingdom. His companies operate across real estate brokerage, consultancy, structured financing, and property development.
Mr. Momoh has a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects and driving business growth across diverse markets. His portfolio includes the successful development of the Tezlom healthcare franchise in Southeast London, joint ventures with leading UK developers, and property projects with a combined GDV in the multimillion-pound range. He has also led cross-border collaborations, including a technology partnership with Shenzhen Saintland Electronics (China) and a $20 million real estate funding initiative with Image Securities (UAE).
He is currently engaged in capital-raising efforts for several high-profile property developments in both the UAE and the UK through partnerships with leading real estate firms. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Momoh serves as a non-executive director on the boards of several companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and has completed numerous executive training programs and certifications in business development, project management, leadership, advanced sales strategy, negotiation, and corporate consultancy.
Mr Christopher Evans is British, with 49 years’ experience of Global, Emerging and Frontier Markets, and a long career history where he assumed senior management positions at: Chase Manhattan Bank N.A, London Vice President, East Central and Southern Africa: and Deputy MD Stanbic Africa responsible for 16 banks in Africa and 1 in London. He created his own investment banking firm (GFI Ltd) in 2004 which today is represented in 35 countries including France, Germany, UK and USA.
Christopher is responsible for promoting the success of the Jodoa Real Estate Group where he is Chair, by providing corporate governance, business strategy and business development guidance as well as handling high profile negotiations and managing our business acquisition processes. He provides executive oversight to the management team, ensuring compliance and international risk management practices, and regularly monitors performance.
He has board member experience spanning 35 years. At Stanbic he was a Non-Executive Director of 13 banks and 3 as Chair. He managed a multi-cultural headcount of circa 3,000 and established staff share ownership schemes. He established funds in several Stanbic banks in Africa including one focused on commercial real estate opportunities in Africa. He has been an executive director/managing director as well as committee memberships, including TCX (Amsterdam) a fund ($3bn) which is owned by major global Development Finance Institutions including World Bank, DIFD (UK), FMO (Holland), DEG/KFW (Germany) and Proparco (France).
He has successfully handled 34 Merger and Acquisition transactions with a value of circa $460m and raised in excess of $21bn in debt and equity finance for various clients.
He has also implemented strategies for non-banking clients, for example restructured and redirected a sustainable town in Namibia adhering to most of the UN ESG principles – which included providing accommodation and health care for the elderly.
He is Chair of Mazwe Financial Services Ltd, South Africa a non-bank financial institution. He helped developed loan products for the previously and currently disadvantaged people to access affordable finance for housing and education and for SMEs.
He is Chair of Mazzute Energy (Dubai & Angola) which focuses on the acquisition of what the International Oil Companies (“IOCs”) refer to as “Mature and Marginal Fields”. He is Chair of WellScope Energy (Dubai & Angola) which focuses on delivering services to large IOCs and multinational oil service companies including Haliburton and Schlumberger. Mazzute and WellScope have common ownership.
He is the founder and CEO of the GFI Group which focuses on corporate, project and trade finance, treasury, and fund management, managing clients’ risks in FX and Fixed Income investments in Global, Emerging and Frontier markets and creating and implementing strategies for clients to improve performance across various industries. GFI has grown to 37 directors/associates throughout Africa, Europe, Middle East, Far East, UK and the USA. GFI created the broadest pan-African Local Currency Bond Index (denominated in USD) incorporating 25 countries.
Christopher is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers – UK (Distinction in Law) 1979 and passed the Chase Manhattan risk course (12 months full-time) (developed in conjunction with Harvard & the London School of Economics). He also attended several courses including but not limited to King IV Director Programme, Advanced Executive Leadership, Development and Changed Management Programmes. Senior Management courses including Risk Management and ALCO, International Director’s Programmes, Executive Coaching and Leadership Courses, Advanced Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Markets Programmes, Governance and Compliance Courses, Treasury management and ALCO, Derivative Courses: Futures, Options & Swaps; Swap Pricing & Risk Management, Capital Market issuance – Bond Markets and Bond Futures, CDO market and Structured Trade finance.
Aman heads Image Securities, a multidisciplinary financial services Company and alternative investment management. His expertise includes Private Wealth Advisory, Consultancy & Investment, Structuring, and Fund Management. With a mandate to further develop the Company and its product offerings, Aman was responsible for the Company’s growth from a single-service family-run organization to a multi-disciplinary financial organization.
Over the years, Aman has been instrumental in developing a strong network and managed to garner investments across international capital markets within various asset classes such as public & private equity, commodity arbitrage, and real estate.
Alongside Image, Aman also founded Niveza Investments in 2021. Niveza is an investment Fund focussed on the listed equity space in India. Niveza has raised over $100 million from global capital markets including high net-worth individuals and family offices.
Mr. Aman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, Massachusetts, USA. Outside the office, Aman is an avid reader, enjoys exploring international gastronomy, and loves an adventure.
Hon. Justice Oluyinka Gbaja-Biamila has 40 years’ post-call experience at the Nigerian Bar, 15 of which were spent as an Hon. Judge of the Lagos State High Court. In 2011, he was selected along with their Lordship’s Justices Elechi (JCA) and Mrs. Dije Aboki, to form the 3-man judicial panel that took care of the election petitions from the Senatorial and House of Rep. elections in Edo State, he prepared and delivered 4 (Four) of the 9 (Nine) judgments delivered during the period, May – November 2011. Truth, Integrity, and justice are common traits you will find in him. His Lordship is the founding partner of the Gbaja & Partners Law firm situated in Victoria Island Lagos state, Nigeria.
He has expanded the firm’s professional network through participation in community, government, and industry events. He is the current Vice Chairman, Law Reform Commission – Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, Chairman, Lagos State Citizens Mediation Centre, Alausa, Lagos, Nigeria.
Between 2001 – 2016, he was a Judge at the Lagos State High Court – Lagos State Judiciary, Nigeria and between 2011 – 2011, he was a member, Election Petition Tribunal – Edo State, Nigeria.
Hon. Justice Oluyinka Gbaja-Biamila has his LLB at University of Buckingham – England in 1981 and B.L, at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Nigeria in 1983. He has a PGD in Theology, International Bible Institute and Leadership.
