Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and lead a sales team specialising in off-plan property sales.
  • Promote JODOA Properties and register with accredited developers.
  • Recruit channel partners and drive investment sales through JODOA’s Cayman Fund.
  • Organize road shows, webinars, and seminars to onboard new investors.
  • Manage client relationships and advise on investment opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate business development efforts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate financing and off-plan sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside the UAE and GCC.
