Reports To: Head Business Development
Employment Type: Full-Time

The Investment Adviser will provide expert financial and investment guidance, identify viable real estate and capital market opportunities, and support clients and management in making informed investment decisions.

• Conduct financial and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities.
• Advise management and clients on real estate and portfolio diversification strategies.
• Prepare investment proposals, reports, and due diligence documents.
• Monitor and evaluate investment performance and returns.
• Maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment advisory, asset management, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of real estate investment and capital markets.
