Reports To: Chief Investment Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Head of Business Development will lead growth initiatives, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. A key focus will be real estate investment, driving project sourcing, investor relations, and profitable business ventures.

• Develop and implement business development strategies that drive growth.
• Identify and pursue real estate investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead deal negotiations, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
• Build and manage high-value relationships with investors and partners.
• Oversee the business development team to achieve performance goals.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development or investment management, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven expertise in real estate investment and deal structuring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.
