As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking talented and driven professionals to join our growing team in the following positions:

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer/MD (CEO)

The Chief Investment Officer will lead JODOA’s investment strategy, manage investor relations, and drive financial growth through strategic real estate acquisitions, partnerships, and innovative investment models. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-border investments, deal structuring, and capital management.

• Develop and execute the company’s investment strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and partnerships across global markets.
• Oversee portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk management.
• Lead financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulators.
• Ensure transparent reporting and compliance with corporate governance standards.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in investment management, real estate finance, or corporate strategy (minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role).
• Proven record in cross-border transactions, fundraising, and investment negotiations.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
