As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking talented and driven professionals to join our growing team in the following positions:

Reports To: Chief Investment Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time

The Finance Officer will support financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting processes to ensure efficient and transparent financial management.

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and other statutory regulations.
• Support audits and enforce financial controls.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and tax authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ICAN or ACCA (part or fully qualified).
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo is preferable, or ERP systems).
• Experience and knowledge of real estate industry – an added advantage.
