Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Investment Advisor to join our growing team. This client-facing role is responsible for the full investment lifecycle: originating, advising, and managing a dedicated portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

The ideal candidate will leverage our tech-driven platform and their deep market knowledge to structure bespoke real estate investment solutions that align with our clients’ long-term financial goals. While this role is based in Dubai and focused on the UAE market, expertise in the UK property market is highly valued for our cross-border investment funds.

 

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Business Development

· Proactively identify and source new HNW/UHNW clients through networking, professional referrals, and by qualifying leads from company-driven marketing campaigns.
· Structure and sell sophisticated real estate investment opportunities (e.g., investor-centric funds, high-potential assets) to this client base.
· Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and investment-case presentations for prospective investors.
· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using the company’s CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
· Ensure all investment activities strictly adhere to UAE regulatory standards (e.g., RERA) and internal compliance policies.

Client & Portfolio Management

· Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for an assigned portfolio of investor clients.
· Build long-term trust by providing transparent, data-driven performance updates and strategic insights.
· Understand and anticipate client investment goals, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs, tailoring recommendations accordingly.
· Advise clients on the full portfolio lifecycle, including asset acquisition, strategic disposition, and diversification strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Fund Structuring, Asset Management) to ensure seamless transaction execution and effective post-acquisition management.

 

Key Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration. (MBA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a significant advantage).
· Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in real estate investment sales, private banking, or wealth management, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
· Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market is essential. Knowledge of the UK property market is a strong plus.
· Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, investment analysis, and valuation techniques.
· Technical proficiency with modern CRM software (e.g., Odoo) and MS Excel is required.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and high-level relationship management skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple, complex client portfolios.
