Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close sales for off-plan property and real estate investment fund.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting investment products to local and overseas clients.
- Organize promotional events, webinars, and conferences.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Maintain relationships with real estate developers and investors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of financial products, asset management, or real estate investment.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or French proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within and outside the UAE.
